IMAPS Poland 2015
The 39th International Microelectronics and Packaging IMAPS Poland Conference will be held in Gdańsk, September 20-23, 2015. The Conference is organized by Gdansk University of Technology, Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunication and Informatics and Gdynia Maritime University, Faculty of Electrical Engineering with participation of Committee on Electronics and Telecommunication of Polish Academy of Science and IMAPS Poland Chapter.
The conference will take place in the heart of Gdansk, 2 minutes walking distance from the beach. The surroundings and location of the venue guarantee excellent working and leisure conditions.
The conference full papers will be published in: IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering, Circuit World (Emerald), Soldering and Surface Mount Technology (Emerald), Materials Science Poland, Metrology and Measurement Systems.
